I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Service Center! From making the appt to fit my time schedule, to being updated on what had to be done, I was informed throughout the service. My assigned service advisor , Jacob Toczek, went above and beyond to keep me apprised of what was needed and the progress of doing it! When certain things could not be accomplished the same day, he provided me with an Uber home, and the following day, he notified me as soon as the work was completed! Jacob Toczek, our service manager, has been exceptional from the beginning. His customer service skills and follow-up have been impressive. However, we are disappointed that the dealership has discontinued the loaner car and Uber car ride program. As we live 30 minutes away, this will make it difficult for us to continue using this dealership for our vehicle servicing needs. Nonetheless, we appreciate Jacob's excellent service.
