They Didn't Fix The Whole Problem with my Truck. When I Got it Home, It would Not start. I had to call Triple A and Replace The Battery.
The service Tech would not return calls unless I asked to talk with manager. I was finnaly able to work thru GM's parts division to get the parts to your Dealership. I baught a car from you 15 years ago and had terrible service then and never returned. Since 2010 I have purchased around ten vehicles and have never considered going to your dealership. I have also told people I would never use your dealership. I think you do a diservice to GM with the experiences I have had.
Once again I came in for an oil change and wanted them to look at a couple of warranty items. Needless to say they didn't get to the warranty item so I had to make another appointment. I had to take off work that day. I work a second shift so coming in early was difficult for me. When I called that night they still had not worked on my car so I came in the next day to pick it up. Have had my car serviced here ever since I purchased it . Was totally satisfied until now when I made an appointment to do a ride along with an intermittent transmission problem. Also had another appointment to work on it if it had an issue, if not, change the fluid. Left the car after they rode in it and they were not sure of the problem.Needed to be checked. I notified the service department prior to bringing my vehicle in for service that I had THREE doors with door lock issues, the two front doors & the back left door. After picking up my car, only the two front doors were fixed and now I'm left with a back left door that is still broken after paying a lot for my service! When I called to order a new transmitter and key for my 2023 trailblazer I was told I needed to and make a service appointment. So I did. When I showed up all they literally did was order the transmitter and key because it wasn't in stock, which in my opinion could have been done over the phone instead of me driving across town to a service appointment that wasn't needed. They did a terrible job changing my oil when I opened my hood there was oil all over my engine, battery everywhere. I was so angry I took it to my mechanic and he cleaned it up!
