Brand new 2024 Cadillac. Someone left the air intake cover off during service. Two days later, the car went into reduced engine power. Now it's back at the shop. They had to call a GM engineer in to figure out what is going on. Very uncaring staff. No sense of true compassion and zero effort to make things right other than the bare minimum obligation they have to attempt to fix the car. Called us to come pick the car up because it was fixed. Called the company and my concern was dismissed twice. The person answering the calls was transferring me without advising I was going to be put on hold. Eventually when someone picked up my call they did not provide the right guidance.

DONT BUY A CAR HERE! DONT TRUST THEM! I JUST SPENT 18K ON A CAR, AND WITH IN 24 HOURS IT WAS LEAKING ALL OVER MY DRIVEWAY. TURNS OUT THE TURBO CHARGER WAS LEAKING AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. WHICH WOULD COST ME ANOTHER 3K. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY OR HELP IN GETTING IT FIXED! Understand I work hard for my money, and my elderly mother even helped on this purchase as a birthday gift! WE PAYED IN FULL! Buying a car should of been an exciting and happy experience!
I would never buy another vehicle from here. The experience has been a nightmare from beginning and continues. I went there with the hopes of buying a good quality used car since they have been around forever. Boy was I wrong! I believe there was or is something shady going on there. Service department stated there was malfunction with my car that did not exist and wanted to charge me $2200 to fix this non-issue.
