My 2021 CT4 was found to be leaking oil during inspection ... a 14-hour repair was needed. They kept my car for 9 days with little to no communication at all. I had to change rental cars because only one extension was allowed. The service advisor was never available for immediate support. Warranty coverage will pay for the two rental cars I used (I hope). Very poor communication and not a good experience.

Was told I would have a loaner when I scheduled the appointment the. Told when I got there they havnt had loaners in months.

After the car was returned from the tire rotation, both front tires were below recommended psi level and one valve stem cap was missing.

Made an appointment. Dropped off before 8:00. Called at 2:00 for status update; report was "not yet inside for services, will need to keep overnight." Very poor communication.

Poor communication. They had my car for 2 days but couldnt get the part in. Had to take car back a week later. I called and asked for him to call me back leaving my numb. He chose to look up my husbands number and called him instead. He said we were playing phone tag but no message was ever left on my phone. I felt lied to my face regarding this communication issue. They recently had my car an entire week to fix 3 things: an oil change & cabin filter replacement, replacement of a couple external trim pieces, and a THIRD attempt to address an earlier issue that wasnt repaired correctly on their first 2 attempts, but they still had the audacity to charge me $240 for it. If youre a woman, question EVERYTHING they tell you, and do your research.
