Continued problems with my A/C after my initial visit. Car is now making noises & and I still need to bring it back AGAIN to get fixed at my Convenience. I have been in touch with the GM Manager who was helpful. Hope for a better experience next time.

They did not fix the problem.
Alignment was not performed correctly. Steering wheel was not indexed and still pulled to the right. Now I have to return to try and get the problem corrected and take more time away from work.
They didnt even fix the problem. I had to drive all the way to Lees summit to get it fixed at the best Chevrolet dealership! Van has been nothing but problems! Ill NEVER be going back! No one in my family will either!
Dont waste your time. But it is a car dealership so what do you expect ?
I would never under any circumstances use Vans for ANY service. Sales reneged on a promise to hold a car then sold it. Concluding a transaction involving the Patriot buying still another car Vans Service Manager made countless unfulfilled promises, and sent my auto to a different dealership for svc which I had to discover on my own. After repair by the other dlrship AND I WAS DRVG IT HOME Vans Svc Mgr called
