Worst experience I ever had. They were not up front on the situation, wouldnt even take a deposit or explain why. Presented a car as used, then changed to as is, and wanted us to make an offer on a car that should not have been shown because of its cleanliness. Agreed with salesperson that we could make deposit and to come back after car was cleaned and inspected then the sales manager intervened and would not allow that. Continued problems with my A/C after my initial visit. Car is now making noises & and I still need to bring it back AGAIN to get fixed at my Convenience. I have been in touch with the GM Manager who was helpful. Hope for a better experience next time.

Alignment was not performed correctly. Steering wheel was not indexed and still pulled to the right. Now I have to return to try and get the problem corrected and take more time away from work.

They didnt even fix the problem. I had to drive all the way to Lees summit to get it fixed at the best Chevrolet dealership! Van has been nothing but problems! Ill NEVER be going back! No one in my family will either!
