My 2021 CT4 was found to be leaking oil during inspection ... a 14-hour repair was needed. They kept my car for 9 days with little to no communication at all. I had to change rental cars because only one extension was allowed. The service advisor was never available for immediate support. Warranty coverage will pay for the two rental cars I used (I hope). Very poor communication and not a good experience.

Poor communication. They had my car for 2 days but couldnt get the part in. Had to take car back a week later. I called and asked for him to call me back leaving my numb. He chose to look up my husbands number and called him instead. He said we were playing phone tag but no message was ever left on my phone. I felt lied to my face regarding this communication issue.
