0 Star : My Experience I'm concerned about the paint match, it doesn't look like there is another metallic in the paint to fully match the original color. I mentioned to Tom and said let's give it a few weeks and see how it looks. Everything with the repairs were terrific especially interfacing with Tom.

0 Star : My Experience Definitely poor communication from my assigned Van Collision representative (Pierre Verkest). I did not get any message text or call regarding the status of my car . Pierre told me the first day I brought my car for repair that he will keep me posted, which he did not . I called several times , left a message for him to call me - did not get any return call from him. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Not sure at this point. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Van Chevrolet collision center had my vehicle in for a repair on my tail gate and had my truck for 7 weeks when the repair should have only taken 3-4 weeks. I lost revenues of $60,000 due to the extra weeks that they kept my truck in their shop. 3.5 Star : Customer Service 3.5 Star : Returned Clean
0 Star : My Experience Initially, after my estimate was completed, I was told the parts would be ordered and I would receive a call in a couple of weeks. After two weeks with no communication, I followed up. I was told at that time that my file was "put in the wrong place" and that nothing had been ordered.
