2 Star : Likely to Recommend Good repairs but poor service 5 Star : Repair Quality From what I can see, the repair was done well. My concern is that it took almost 3 1/2 weeks to do the work once I was notified that’s parts were in. 2.5 Star : Customer Service I missed the email asking for an ok for repair. After 3 weeks I called them and found out they were waiting for my response. I think they should have followed up. Also it took over 3 weeks to repair after they got the parts. Too long entirely.

0 Star : My Experience Overall, communication wasn’t great. It was always me reaching out to get updates on the status of my vehicle. What I thought was a repair that would take 5 days wound up being over a month
0 Star : My Experience There is a paint defect on top of the right fender. Looks like a splatter that is painted over. Not real noticeable, but should not be there.
