0 Star : My Experience We love the work, our vehicle is beautiful. Our representatives, customer service, updates and timing changes we're all 100%, 5 star customer service. The front office went above and beyond to make me feel valued. My only feedback was with a small detail that I felt I should mention. My wreck was caused by a blowout on a freeway. 0 Star : My Experience The bumper color does not match the rest of the car. It is clearly silver when it should be gold. The car was filthy when I picked it up and it was dusk which is why I didn’t notice the color difference right away. Not only did the service get pushed back for pickup but it’s not correct now and will need to be redone. 2 Star : Likely to Recommend Again, they were nice and got the job done, but it cost me an extra 4 days in the loaner. 5 Star : Repair Quality The work was finally done well. However, it was rejected twice. Once internally because the paint didn’t match and once by me because the final product was sloppy. 3 Star : Customer Service See above. They need more quality control.
0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend The day I bought the truck, one of Van's employees hit the driver's door on something and scratched the paint down to bare metal. Service guy took it to collision and "put touch up paint" on it and it still looks awful and I have to look at that trash every time I open my door. They don't even bother to fix it the right way when it's their personnel that did the damage. I am FURIOUS over this and I basically got a "good enough" attitude from the guy at the service department. It's unbelievable ... read more
