It took 2 weeks. He never called me when he said he would. I always had to call him next day after he would not call me. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Not very likely but I probably assume any shop would have handled it the same way, the staff seemed overworked, stressed out and too busy to really pay attention to any one vehicle or client as they should. 0 Star : My Experience Repairs and paint look great. Unfortunately the delivery of the vehicle was quite unacceptable. The vehicles exterior looked like it was dried in the sun with water spots/soap on it. Allso there was adhesive and tape residue still present on the back quarter panels and lift gate. The interior was not any better with a thick layer of dust and dirt all over the leather seats and carpeting. At pickup there was no delivery walk around inspection or anything.
