0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Quite the opposite here, I will be warning people away 2 Star : Repair Quality Broken promises, shoddy low detail work and other mistakes that required return visits and delays. 1 Star : Customer Service No accountability, everything is someone or something beyond their control, excuses and blame shifting on items that eventually became clear to be caused or missed by them.

There are scratches already where they repaired it on the right rear of my vehicle. Furthermore, I had a dent in the front driver's side bumper where something flew up and hit my vehicle on the freeway. This was not related to what I had asked to be repaired.
