0 Star : My Experience As far as the workmanship that was done on my vehicle very satisfied. How I was treated and advised by my advisor, John, he was professional and kept me advised as the repair progressed. The disappointment was in the price of the parts to do the repair charged.

The paint matching issue is a problem if GM cannot provide the correct matching paint. They did their best and came to within 95% correct match.
0 Star : My Experience I am satisfied with Van Collision. Tom was great to work with. However I am annoyed that it took so long to get parts for my repair from Ford Motor Company. 2months !!
0 Star : My Experience After taking possession of the vehicle Friday, we noticed that the rear hatchback is not functioning properly. When opening, it seems to be binding and making a rubbing noise. When closing, it does not fully close and stops half way down. Not sure why this is occurring.

Clear is peeling And minor paint drips on body parts of car that were painted and cleared.
