0 Star : My Experience Initially, after my estimate was completed, I was told the parts would be ordered and I would receive a call in a couple of weeks. After two weeks with no communication, I followed up. I was told at that time that my file was "put in the wrong place" and that nothing had been ordered. 0 Star : My Experience The car repair was done to my satisfaction, but I was without my car for 32 days and I was charged personally because the rental car coverage I had was limited to 30 days. I also paid extra for a more expensive vehicle because I expected the rental period to be 5 days.

0 Star : My Experience Our vehicle sat for a week before even being started. If I hadn’t been calling in to get status, there would have been no communication. When I picked up my vehicle, I was handed the keys. No one did a final review or met with me. Overall a poor and stressful experience.
