0 Star : My Experience I believe there were many factors that delayed the completion of my repair. Van states it was communication problems with Chubb; Chubb reports it was communication problems with Van. However, a month is a ridiculous amount of time to take to have the car repaired. I assume the car is fixed properly and the hot/rubber smell I am detecting is as Bryan states - "labels on the new muffler" that will burn off. Will wait and see.

I was constantly unhappy with the amount of communication provided by the technician assigned to my vehicle. It looks good as new, just as it should with any collision repair company. However, their communication with customers is awful. I had asked for specific parts to not be repairs, as I had aftermarket parts at home ready to be installed myself. They wouldn't understand and accept that and it was quite frustrating. 4 Star : Returned Clean
0 Star : My Experience The repairs were amazing and the young lady at the front desk was amazing as well. I think her name was JC. The office manager, Kim was also very helpful. The time leading up to the actual repair could improve. After I got the quote and showed interest in getting the repair there was no follow up. I had to call about 8 times and not once did I get to talk to the person that gave me the quote.
