I may have gotten 1. 1 Star : Customer Service Glen & Jim are really nice guys however Jim's failure to respond to 2 calls by me. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Not a chance, I brought in an immaculate vehicle, I had to argue to get a scratch fixed. After a week of repairs, I have another scratch that I know they will claim was already there! My vehicle went down in value thanks to the service team. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality First time I went to pick it up they forgot to detail the interior. There was food and stains all over the car. The next time I came to get it one tire had chunks of rubber missing and the sunroof was not rewired. The third time I went to get the car the radio antenna was not working. Wish they would have actually checked before calling it done. 4.5 Star : Customer Service Friendly people. Helpful. 0.5 Star : Returned Clean
