The first employee that I dealt with in between getting the estimate and getting the car fixed was very rude when I asked about when the loaner car would be available. I had gone 2-3 weeks with not having any idea when I could take my car in after getting the estimate. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Most likely not. Was very bad all the way around. I thought I could trust the jeep repairing because it was a new car. If I was to do it again I would absolutely go to the original place the jeep was dropped off. 3 Star : Repair Quality Left water bottle and rag in the car when picked up.
