Overall, the dealership was very helpful and provided informative and valuable information starting from my first email request. They took a lot of steps to ensure that I had a great snapshot of price and payment detail prior to stepping into their dealership. We had a small misstep regarding manufacturer rebates which caused the "Good" and not "Great" rating on "Quality of Work." Otherwise, the dealership was fantastic.
He was such kindness to me about trading and buying. and than I was comfortable about continuing document works with him. Right now I have a new car, my wife and me has a good experience in our life time.
Jan was an outstanding representative for the dealership. She was very respectful, friendly, and detail oriented. She was so thorough that she even sync our cell phones with our new car's bluetooth.

We were very pleased with your salesman Mr. Alexander Roman, my wife and I thought he did a great job. He kept checking to make sure we were comfortable and he answered all our questions. Had a very pleasant and efficient experience working with Mike, Waldo and Kennedy. I was able to pre-negotiate over email and phone. Entire purchase was executed in less that 2 hours ! The dealership is respectful and FUN ! I felt they were concerned and motivated towards customer service and satisfaction. Great purchase and great experience all the way around.
