Had a very pleasant and efficient experience working with Mike, Waldo and Kennedy. I was able to pre-negotiate over email and phone. Entire purchase was executed in less that 2 hours ! The dealership is respectful and FUN ! I felt they were concerned and motivated towards customer service and satisfaction. Great purchase and great experience all the way around.
It was a great buying experience. The staff was committed to making sure you were comfortable with the buying process. The car I received was a lot more than I originally was shopping for.
I found this car that i was interested in on "autotrader.com" and called up the dealership where the car was. Mike Abelino answered the phone and was very friendly and courteous. When i told him that i don't have a vehicle to drive down to the dealership, he promptly offered to come and pick me up saying that a taxi ride would cost me a lot.
