Mr. Chu took over my sale after another sales person left the dealership suddenly. He dealt fairly with me and has been good to provide service after the sale. He was professional and well informed. The dealership dealt fairly with me as well. I would recommend Van Hyundai to family and friends who are looking for a decent dealer. I love my new Hyundai.

The best aspect of my viewpoint at this dealership was that staffs at this place doesn't make a customer waste time unnecessarily. Most of them were very nice and knew what they were doing.

We were handled like family from the time the first phone call was placed, until the last document was signed. You can tell this dealership cares about it's customers and community, from the dealerships location to it's sponsorship of the local baseball team. Samuel Anthony Salas was AWESOME!!!!! Best salesman I have ever worked with in all my years of purchasing vehicles. He was professional, honest, great sense of humor and patient. Top Notch!!! Samuel has gone above and beyond with customer service. He actually drove to my office to personally help me figure out a feature on my new Sonata. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was unlike any car purchasing experience I have ever had. I went in expecting the usual pushy car salesman. What we got was polite, professional, and knowledgable employees. There was no high pressure, and no price gimmicks. They got us the car we wanted (Sonata) and the price we wanted. The salesman and his managers were all very nice and made the whole experience very pleasant.

I started looking for a vehicle in May 2011. Ian was the sales person who helped me. Explained I was not in the market at the present time and he was okay with that. Stayed in contacted with me over the next few months. So when I was ready to buy I returned to Van to make the purchase. Am enjoying my new Tucson very much. Thanks again for the excellent service.

I looked at a number of cars, at a number of dealers and came back to Van Hyundai because of how I was treated. My salesman "BJ" was informative and helpful. I am the type that doesn't like the high pressure sale tactics. The whole experience was quick, but relaxing all at the same time. I would recommend to everyone to stop in and give Van a chance, I know it was worth the stop for me. Not to mention I love my selection of the Santa Fe.

I found everyone to be helpful and friendly. The car looked great and they've been super responsive to any questions and/or needs that I have. All in all a great experience.
