The team at Van Huyndai is incredible. I could not be happier with my car buying experience. Every person I came in contact with was friendly without being pushy or condescending (no one asked to speak to my husband before I made the deal - - but they were nice to him when he came with me to pick it up). We had a great experience! We are already planning to buy our next new vehicle there! We were not planning to buy, and were afraid of being pressured. But we felt like we got a very good deal. We never felt pushed. They just kept trying to accommodate our needs.
Great to work with, they found the exact car I wanted. A little disappointed on trade-in value thought we were low balled and final cost of car was 300.00 more than the hyundai usa website said it should be.
I purchased a new 2012 Elantra from Van Hyundai on Oct. 11, 2011. My experience was great. They were friendly and nice and I didn't feel that anything wasn't totally open and on the table they way many new car deals are. this is the fourth car that i bought from Van Hyundai. the are very professional doing their job. The salesman Chris Farmer help me a lot. i will recommend Van Hyundai to my friends.
Walked in, was greated by a very happy, smiling face, told them my price range and one item that I couldn't live without on a vehicle (sunroof!) and they got me into a brand new Elantra, leather and sunroof for exactly the middle of my price range. Nice guys and BJ is great to deal with. Will be bringing my car back for any oilchanges, regular maintenance too. Highly recommend them.
