When in need, Van Subaru will help! My beloved 2007 Subaru was totaled in a crash when an uninsured driver ran a red light. Shopping for a new one while still negotiating with my automobile insurance could have been a really frustrating process, however, Kim Kloth from Van Subaru customer service guaranteed that Van would handle my 2007 Outback like a functioning trade-in if I thought whatever my insurance offered wasn't sufficient. Car Buying Experience I have never encountered a salesman like Guy Merola. He is not your typical car salesman. Buying a car has always been a stressful event, but Guy's true love of people and knowledge of his product made this a pleasant experience. I didn't feel like he was just trying to sell us a car.
