Everything for the most part is great with VMF. I will say though, that I am a bit disappointed that they have a way to send a message in the account settings, but then that message doesn't seem to go to anyone. I asked a question and was, eventually after a few days given a canned/automated looking response. When asked further about it, I was told that I needed to call to get my question answered.
