I was not impressed with the process of collecting information. I had to keep re-sending the same information several times. It seemed that the agents did not share the information Each agent wanted what the previous person asked for.

I spoke to Cody Mcintosh  He was absolutely the most amazing person!!  He was so friendly, helpful and making sure I fully understood the terms we agreed upon.he went as far and going over time and time again until I had all the information. I had to write and also placed it in my calendar. He was the agent I have spoke to at Vanderbilt.
