I spoke to Cody Mcintosh  He was absolutely the most amazing person!!  He was so friendly, helpful and making sure I fully understood the terms we agreed upon.he went as far and going over time and time again until I had all the information. I had to write and also placed it in my calendar. He was the agent I have spoke to at Vanderbilt.

Ralph Regalado was by far the friendliest representative that I have met via phone !  He was genuinely interested in what was going on personally and financially. He went out of his way to help me figure out what needed to be done and didn’t not give up nor push me off like I was just another call.  I really hope he knows what a blessing he helped me with today.
