I have heard for years about being approved for a house is one of the most stressful things imaginable. Vanderbilt made that statement completely false! They made it so easy and was there with any questions we had!

I was not impressed with the process of collecting information. I had to keep re-sending the same information several times. It seemed that the agents did not share the information Each agent wanted what the previous person asked for.
I highly recommend it they where so helpful they guide me on every step of the process. 100% recommend ☺️
