It was the easiest process I thought I could ever go through, if I had questions, I called right up and got the answers I was looking for. I have heard horror stories about getting a mortgage, but Vanderbilt made it super easy, let me know what documents they needed and got everything approved in a timely manner
We have had our loan with Vanderbilt for 14 years, they have always been great work with through the years. Recently, my company was bought out and I lost my job. I called them and asked if there was a way to defer or postpone one payment. Alex is our account rep, he is amazing. He talked to me with such concern, respect and humor. Due to a car accident, my husband and I fell behind on our payments. Although we tried to recover, we were unable to make an extra payment. Dyllan worked patiently with us to manage our account. This was My mom, sister and I first time buying a house and we absolutely loved our experience. They made sure we was not left in the dark about no information. If we had questions they made sure all of our questions was answered and they explained everything to us. Vanderbilt made sure they kept a close eye out on information we needed.
