Site is very user friendly, however for the last couple of months it will not send the authorization code to my phone and that is frustrating.
I have heard for years about being approved for a house is one of the most stressful things imaginable. Vanderbilt made that statement completely false! They made it so easy and was there with any questions we had!

As this was my first home I wasn't sure what to expect at closing, it was well organized and clear. I will definitely recommend Vanderbilt to friends and family.
I was not impressed with the process of collecting information. I had to keep re-sending the same information several times. It seemed that the agents did not share the information Each agent wanted what the previous person asked for.
