This is my fourth car purchase, and by far the worst dealership experience I've ever had. I came in with a pre-approval letter and a credit score over 800, yet they insisted on running my credit and required me to sign an additional form for their own financing. Truly disappointing and a classic example of why so many people dread dealing with car dealerships. I will never do business with them again and strongly recommend others stay far away.

When they're trying to sell you the vehicle they're so nice but once you do and you tell them you dont want all the extra warranties or they're maintenance package they change their attitude. And once you they the vehicle to get a car wash they do the barely minimum. Even my 12 year old son does better. Bad service

This place never serviced my car. I've never been there. Why are they saying they have??
They advertise my used car $25,999. I like it, and they came back with the contract (not before). I saw it was $4000 higher! When I inquired about the price discrepancy, they explained it was due to "dealer add-ons." They are things like the crystal coat - that cann't be removed! If the car has non-optitional changes to bring the price to over $30,000, then that is its price! That was false advertising to me and should not be allowed!!!

They are dealers and very aggressive. Be careful, they are sketchy and have been for years. If you know what you are doing you can get a good price. If you're not diligent and watch their figures you will bettaken advantage of.
