It was great!! Taking my Corvette to Vandergriff Chevrolet be serviced is an extremely pleasant experience. I retain great confidence in their workmanship and their quality of product!! I have always taken my Corvettes to Vandergriff Chevrolet because of that. The comfort of knowing the job was done correctly and the security that my investment is being well maintained!! They should do better - always have to stand there at my vehicle and wait for at least 10 minutes before someone will even acknowledge me no matter how many service consultants walk right past or look directly at you - they still don't address you. I've been using them off and on for years and I don't think it's going to change. What they need to do is take some training from other dealerships like Reliable Chevrolet in Richardson. I go to Vandergriff because it's close to where I live.
