Ok. Brought in my 2020 Z71 HD 2500 4x4 Ltz. 6.6 Gas. A week ago. The diagnosis was low oil. And a stucked lifter and it needed a cam. Bank 8 was low compression. Repairs were 10k. A new motor was 10.6 k. Well. 3 k later. It only needed a head job. And a tune up. Tom vanergriff i miss your honesty. Im a GM at Crash Champions. It's all about Trust. And yall didn't earn mine.
I didn't like the fact I had to bring my vehicle in twice in 4 days.. i spent over $1300 in 4 days. June 16, 2025 I brought my truck in for routine maintenance, a tune up and oil change. I picked up my truck and all a sudden it had the "SILVERADO SHUDDER".. then I had to spend another $500 on a transmission flush when told that it may not solve my problem.
I'm about to pay $4000 in repairs at another dealer after their supposedly thorough inspection before selling me a vehicle.
Lied about the car I purchased and then when the car had problems 3 days later, they claimed it was my fault for not double checking.
Despite me telling them what I as wrong with my car they listened to the insurance adjustor and the car started messing up again a few days later. Just a waste of time when things could be done right the first time.
I bought an extended bumper to bumper warranty. Vandergriff did not honor the warranty. I dropped my car off on a Friday and was told it would be ready on Wednesday of the following week. They didn't even look at it until Friday of the following week. They blamed it on someone being sick. I understand people get sick. But the world doesn't stop when they are sick! The car wasn't as advertised on the web, it was disappointing to waste time visiting the dealership with anticipation on buying a used car. That was not as advertised. The salesman the manager told to assist us was clueless and confused. I even called in advance to test drive the car and the car couldn't be driven due to mechanical issues. The salesman went to talk to manager and told to show me a different car! That's crazy

Paid to get my check engine light off. Drove my truck for 1 day and it's back on again. Terrible service
Bad service, they dont now nothing about "warranty" they dont comunicate each otherthey take to much time to "diagnostic " your car I went to the dealer to talk to someone about this problem and nobody seems to care about your problem I got a month on my car and start vibrating the suspention they told me "it need aligment and balancing" they want to charge $180 for aligment and $80 for balancing..I told them it is under warranty and they said is not covered it is a " certified pre owne
