Horrible customer service, employees lie constantly and generally don't care.
Took my car in for service and they were supposed to fix a tire that had a leak and rotate my tires but the tire still leaks and they did not rotate the tires as stated on the service report.
They took longer than expected.
I did not like what you wanted to charge to fix my antennae leak! Almost $1400??? My husband turned around and fixed it for under $150! But, our service guy was great. Courteous and informative. But, get real GM/Vandergriff! Especially since it's CLEARLY a manufacturer's defect!
Great service until they held my car for two days after it was ready because nobody contacted me. They called the wrong number and no one followed up until I took initiative and called them myself.
I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. I got the run around from multiple sales associates, they tried to scam me on the purchase price by not honoring the advertised price online and attempted to add $2500 products the sale price without disclosure.
Horrible experience with Charlie bad attitude!!
My fuel gauge is still inaccurate, they had my truck for 10 days, when I was told 4-5 days. They returned my truck to me with the check engine light on, and all this for $2900.00. What exactly did I pay for???
