Communication started out well, and then sort of dropped off. I reached out a second time about the sole vehicle I was interested in, and was contacted by a second staff member. I confirmed availability mid week, and said I'd be able to come see it after work on Saturday. I was sent an online credit application Saturday morning, and I filled it out before heading to the dealership. I messaged when I was 45 minutes away. Vandergriff sales people get you in what you want their good, if you stay firm with what you want and dont let the SELL you. Service Center Sucks! Ive purchased a 250,000 worth of vehicles there 0 miles Brand New, yet when i go in for Free oil change Free inspection Free anything. They tell me why its gonna cost me money. When i came in im made it clear im here for the FREE ....... Shoulda tod me it wasnt FREE then FREE is out of the realm of possibility there
The service advisor was nice, but the tech that changed my oil didnt reset my oil monitor and didnt rotate or add air in my tires.
Not good ...they clean up At they got to repair the tire . Plus they mechanic was hot rod the truck .
Found spill coffee on motor .the coffee was not on the motor before the oil changed ..because I don't let the hood up for nothing.
