This is the dealership where I bought the car. Ive brought my car here about 3 times and each time they cant figure out the issue and all theyve done is put miles on the car. They never have any loaner vehicles which is very inconvenient when they sell you a car that isnt reliable. Never coming here again.

When my wife went to get her oil changed and tire rotation they went over her appointment with her and never mentioned that she had a gash in her tire, and they actually rotated the tire from the rear to front driver side. They called me 35 minutes after she left and said they forgot to mention this to her, all the while she is driving on a bad tire. I had to pay Discount Tires to put on a new tire actually just went ahead and got 4 new tires, Vandergriff didn't have the tire in stock.

Could not get the manager of Vandergriff to call me back I had questions about paperwork and pay off I had to call the bank myself to make sure Things were taken care of you still have paperwork there when I sold the truck back to Vandergriff that I wanted to get back but I never received a call back

Made an appt for 10am, showed up on time, was told my oil change would take 1 - 1 1/2 hours despite having made an appt. I waited for over 2 hours, no communication/no updates & finally decided to ask. The oil change had not even been started yet. Girl at the desk requested the status & asked service advisor Damian to come update me. She was kind & said one of the oil change bays was down, when service advisor Damian arrived, he was short & unapologetic once I requested my vehicle because

Very shady. This dealership has no integrity. They try to sneak in $1,895 to your final agreed upon price and if you ask about it they say everybody does it. I called out the dishonesty and they threw a tantrum about a little accountability. I wouldnt buy anything from this dealership.

Not sure if they actually inspected breaks. Quoted me $1400 for new breaks and rotors claiming they were worn when they were changed a month ago.
