Disappointed I was contacted 3 times, we spoke about the truck we were interested in and we drove in traffic to make a 6 PM appointment the dealership set...almost 25 miles away....only to get there and find out the truck wasn't even on the lot.

They are not telling on their site that we cant use our bank . To get that price I have to use their finance. Thats not fair but Im happy bcz I bought truck from other dealership who didnt try to hide and do not play games . Stay away from Vandergriff Chevrolet.

Communication started out well, and then sort of dropped off. I reached out a second time about the sole vehicle I was interested in, and was contacted by a second staff member. I confirmed availability mid week, and said I'd be able to come see it after work on Saturday. I was sent an online credit application Saturday morning, and I filled it out before heading to the dealership. I messaged when I was 45 minutes away.
