Beware of Vandergriff Chevrolet. Complete lack of Ethics. Watch out for Cotton, Manager Finance Lesha, Sales Manager Isaac, Sales Davis, Sales These people will bait you. I showed up with a certified check to purchase a vehicle. They drug feet delaying sending PO to my bank. Then sold vehicle while I drove to dealership after work. Now I have to cancel financing with my bank and remove from my personal insurance. Then they offered to have Director call me back next day with an offer for alternate vehicle...Still waiting. Financing did not go over final numbers & added undisclosed fees.Vehicle had quarter of tank & was not detailed as agreed.
The customer service experience at this dealership has been very disappointing. After purchasing a new truck, I have encountered ongoing issues with the reliability and performance of the vehicle. Additionally, the level of customer support and responsiveness from the dealership staff has been unacceptable. Wouldn’t consider purchasing from them. Although I found them to be friendly people and got me info I asked for, they said one thing and did another. An offer was made by a sales manager for a price on a vehicle, the next day the price has risen (with a different manager). The advertisement was a bait and switch. I went to look at a truck they advertised for a certain price. Once there they added on $3600 in "options". A waste of time
Make your next purchase anywhere other than Vandergriff Chevrolet, because they will try to act like they are giving you a huge discount, then they will attempt to deceive you when it gets to financing. I received a rate of 6.99% through @chasebank.__ and I guess they make less off of this financing rate so they chose one that came back at 7.24%, then they manually raised the rate to 9.24%, apparently it is completely legal for them to take ANY APR they choose and raise it up to a maximum of 200 BPS, and I was told that they... read more
They setup an appointment and force you to visit their office without checking the inventory and after waste of time and round trip cost simply respond its just sold out few hours ago. The appointment was scheduled within 30min window but the car was sold few hours ago
Don,t believe what price is on internet, called to price car out the door total. And they tacked on $4000 for certification. VERY Deceptive !, quality dealership doesn’t do this. Be Aware!
