Quick service they did say my battery needed cleaning and gave it a failed report but the battery was spotless no corrosion no dust good charge cables good. Just because I am a woman doesn't mean I don't know anything about cars stop trying to unnecessarily upcharge or suggest things that don't need to be suggested or upcharged.

I always take all 6 of my cars there for all services but twice now on my 2020 trax when I have oil change and tire rotation twice they knock the tops off the lugs and dont fix them or saying anything about it and I noticed today that it has happened again when my son was leaving for college.

I was greeted as I drove into the service garage. My consultant told me what was going to be done and approximately how long it would take and shown to the waiting area. My car was returned in the approximate time given and was escorted to the payment area. Everything went great and I was told my car looked like new under the hood. I give the crew at Vandergriff Chevrolet on I-20 in Arlington 5 stars.
