The service rep was very rude. I had a scheduled appt for 230p but called to change it til 1230p. Arrived there and waited longer than normal. Told the rep that someone referred me to him and I had his card. He stated, well when was that because I haven't had cards in months, let me see the card. Acting as if he didn't want to assist me. 1230 appt turned into a 3 hour wait.

This establishment is corrupt, will sell you defective car, not report repairs and issues with the vehicle to the CarFax, and then refuse to make it right with you when you discover their shade practices. Avoid at all costs.

Spent over 2hrs waiting on an oil change. Had to ask for updates 4 times and was told they don't want to rush the mechanic cause they will do a bad job.

I liked my advisor. I didn't like the way they washed my car. They didn't dry the top of the car. It had all the spots from the water.
