Would not Recommend for tire repair.
Poor and lack of knowledge about what need to be inspected in regular service appointment.
They Forgot To, Check My Washer/Fluid I Had To Come Back. Also They Did Not, Check My Cabin Filter Because, My Papers In The Glove Compartment, Never Been Moved. Also My Metal Flap, Under The Bottom Was Bent, When I Brought It In, I'am Aware. They Say They Couldn't Put, It Back After My Oil Change. So I Had To Put It Back. They Took It Off, They Supposed To Put It Back On.
Made appointment for first thing in the morning. Waited over 4 hours and alignment is messed up.
4 hour wait for an oil charge and wheel alignment (which was very marginally needed according to the test results provided to us). Poor communication as to what was taking so long until about 3.5 hours into the service.
I didn't like the fact that one of the guys tried to undermine me into thinking that the I should take the car even though the headlight was not installed properly.

The worst experience. A manager never called me. The advisor knew warranty wouldn't cover my visit and TRICKED ME into paying my $100 deductible for the warranty and then said he knew warranty wouldn't cover it before he said asked for the $100. I asked for my $ back being that he knew he it wouldn't be covered by warranty and he said he would have a manager reach out I called asked for a manager NO ONE EVER CALLED, worst experience and I will never recommend or bring my car back to Arlington Honda.
