More waiting time after appointment. Almost had to wait till 4 pm although my appointment was for 11 am

The service staff had awful service. I clearly communicated with the service advisor and intern I got poor service.

I arrived to the location for a standard oil change. My vehicle was returned to me unwashed and they didn't bother to remove the previous oil change stick or provide me with a new reminder sticker. Seemed a bit rushed and lazy. I used this location due to being in the area for other obligations, but I would highly advise against it. I have always had better experiences at Honda of Fort Worth and Honda of Burleson.

A few cosmetic issues to new vehicle was not addressed nor serviced appropriately. They give you the run around from service to sales. Sales managers are not personable and not willing to accommodate a customers needs/request one they name the final sales. One in particular sales manager was just out right rude. Unfortunately I'll have to be dealing with them for the next eight years with my new service contract, it is my hope they'll improve in all areas from dealership to service. The mechanic that was assigned to my car looked at both of my air filters which one is above the intake and the other is within the glove box, well he didn't put the filter or the glove box like he found it. Very unprofessional!!!

Nice people but service technicians went all over my personal belongings looking for wheel nuts and left all the contents of my front compartment and trunk a mess. Besides a new oil drop inside my car appeared and immediately booked an appointment for the next available spot to be checked just to get to the dealer the following day to be told "your car will probably stay over the weekend becaus "we do not do diagnostics on saturday"..even thou it was a friday, answer to that? because "it's friday".

They were unprepared, one team doesn't talk with the other. What should have taken 30 mins, took over 3 hrs.

it is horrible. it took almost eight hrs to finish the job and there is no courtesy van to give me a ride back to my abode.
