Giving a late shout out to the customer service I received from the service advisor Chris. I bought my 2013 Pilot from Vandergriff Honda Arlington but it’s not the closest Honda dealership to where I reside, so I do not always get service there. Our Service Advisor Chris Lapid and Service Manager Javier were AMAZING!! We took our 2024 Pilot in due to a squeaky noise in the right front. Javier rode with us to identify the problem. He and Chris got on it quickly. We had our car back in less than 24 hours. Noise gone! They went the extra mile! We appreciate not only their work but their friendly professionalism. These 5 stars go's out to Mrs. Chelsea Yepez. This woman went above and beyond for me. She works in Honda Finance department. Mrs. Yepez consistently call and text me to finalize my contract for a 2024 Honda Prologue. She was very very informative on the Evgo app. for your vehicle and mobile device. She consistently worked with me and stayed on the backside of other departments, making sure everyone complete their end of the finalization of the contract which they didn't (smh). Customer service should begin with the first person you encounter and not after you have to point out that you were not offered a service provided for free to everyone else. I wanted a cup of coffee but needed a token I was not made aware of. When I went to a service manager and inquired, he asked if I was having service done. Should not have been the first question if coffee is free. Then he asked if my service advisor provided one. Why would I be asking about free coffee if I knew about tokens to be used for coffee.
