Service and Repair of a Door Ray Rendon was a good Service Advisor. He took my CRV in without an appointment and had it out by 1:00pm the same day.

excellent I went to Vandergriff Honda after leaving Hyundai Motors, and they sold me the best car ever. A highly trained, Used cars sales manager and friendly salesperson A.J. were awesome, they are very attentive so much I left a bible at the front desk. Excellent experience I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was so great, I had to write this! This was honestly the best car buying experience I've ever had. If you're in the market for a Honda, go see Victoria! She will take great care of you!! Most of this deal was done over the phone and email. Amazing Customer Service! Victoria was amazing! She was patient and understanding. She was helpful and calming during the new car purchase process. Service Review Daniel Higgins was a great Service advisor. He got me in and out in an hour. He found a battery that would not pass inspection and fixed it by getting me a new one. I would bring my 2012 CRV to him soon to get other repairs done. He was friendly and upfront with me.
Have Faith Again!!! Veron Shorter (Service Advisor) gave me FAITH in this Arlington Service Center again! Last two times I came for service, I felt a hard sell to get repairs that were not necessary. I felt like the person helping me was like a used car person pressuring me to get things done for their profit. Even investigated other places to go to get my car serviced even though I have been going to the service center since it was on division street (1992). Great service I never bought a car from Vandergriff Honda only because they did not have the vehicle I was looking for. I did however talk a lot with their sales team and I was impressed how quick and friendly they were. They were very nice and I never felt pressured at all. I would definitely recommend them to every one I know.
