Survey penalty I purchased a new car from Vandergriff a couple of weeks ago. My salesman was energetic, patient and attentive. I was pleased with his effort but did not appreciate the finance experience. I received a survey and was honest about my experience and gave a score of 8 out of 10 due to the finance process. Don't order parts. I had no issues with the sale of the car. the car was missing a rear wiper and reflector. When I picked up the care I was given a "we owe." All good. My adult son called up about 3 weeks later because we never heard from parts. Oh yes, we have them. I came in a week or so later, no idea what I was talking about, the parts were never ordered. BIG error made by Honda!!! I arrived with my wife at 8 pm one evening to purchase a car. We had the best salesperson, and this review is not including him. We were told that at a higher interest rate, we would pay a certain amount. Once the warranty and GAP were added, the monthly went to $9 more. The problem originated when I looked at cancelling the warranty and GAP. The total monthly payment was lower, of course, without them.
