Great Service and Great Cars!! I cannot thank GT and Vandergriff Honda enough, for the pleasant experience!! After my divorce my credit had taken a hit, currently at the rebuilding stages and GT made a deal for that I couldn't pass up. He put me into a 2015 Chrysler 200 with 9K miles. Tammy Risinger Charles Bright made me a great deal. He treated me with great respect & made the experience so easy. Today I went to the service department and met Mike Symank. The service Dept was nice. The "cafe" was clean the employees friendly. The VERY BEST part was being treated like I had bought a Brand new expensive car. In fact I bought a used car. Great Experience I came in for a routine oil change on a Saturday morning and was immediately greeted by Mike Symank. Mike was very courteous and asked how I was doing. I told him what service I needed as well as I asked him about other indicator lights that were on my dashboard. Mike was very thorough in explaining to me what the indicators meant regarding my car and the timeline for those items to be addressed.
