2018 Elantra purchase from Vandergriff Professional and reasonable was my experience with my 2018 Elantra. I went to purchase a 2017 Elantra but was shown what a great deal it would be for the 2018 especially since I wanted a very basic car. All 2017s had additional add ons that I didn't want. I am very happy with my choice.
Awesome I had a great experience buying my new Hyundai - very pleased. Kenny was willing to be flexible in working with me. I would definitely recommend this dealership and looking forward to using the service department.

Hyundai Sport I posted this earlier in the survey, but I thought that Patrick Rushing did a great job, as did William Houston. Both were personable and easy to work with. They both performed their roles very well, and I especially liked going to an empty parking lot and going through the whole care from stem to stern. 2017 Sonata Hybrid From the beginning, Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping us find our new car. He did a great job in showing the features and uses of the 2017 Sonata Hybrid, and made sure to answer any questions we had, whether he knew the answer right away or not. He took special care to make sure we understood all the steps along the way, and we couldn't ask for any thing else to make the experience easier.
Excellent Was very professional. We handled most everything over the phone since we live in the Houston area and they handled everything in a very timely manner. They were very easy to work with.
Second Time Around This will be my 2nd purchase from Vandergriff. I was truly impressed 3 yrs ago, when I was just "looking" and am still impressed. Finalizing tomorrow.
Sep ‘17 first Hyundai Friendly employee, good service. And be careful because they will tell you it has a lot of accessories and add on but until you take the car from the dealership you start noticing that a lot of the add on are in a different model and not the one you test drive. Make sure you double check everything before you sign.
First Impression Dealership sales employees were professional. Answered all questions posed to them. Found the exact vehicle I was looking for on the lot. Finance very cooperative with finding a good interest rate. Closing on vehicle was in a timely manner.
