Genesis G80 Very good experience and I would recommend Vandergriff. Only improvement would be to take less time. I was there a total 4.5 hours. Otherwise everyone was very helpful and professional.
Wonderful customer service Luis Lopez gave us wonderful service and understood what we needed. He was never pushy and even though he was busy he made sure we were ok and kept us informed.
My Buying Experience at Vandergriff Genesis The buying experience was generally good. I was disappointed that dealer add-ons were not disclosed until price negotiation began. They wanted to charge thousands for a wax job, seat treatment and nitrogen-filled tires, none of which I would have paid for. The window tint I would have wanted. Fortunately most of this cost miraculously went away in the final deal.
good dealership the service department has improved otherwise i would have gone to another dealer Jimmy was very helpful and patient when working with us. We appreciated "no pressure" while we were shopping and while we finallizing the purchase.
Sonata Sport 2018 The car was very clean the seller was like a friend and over all, Excellent sale and financial departments and great customer services, service department should improve a little more.
Fantastic and Fast We walked in and told our salesman exactly what we were looking. He did not mess around and try to show us other stuff or upsell a larger vehicle - straight to what we asked for.
