Integrity Wins the Day It's risky to purchase a car on the internet. In an attempt to save thousands of dollars, you hope the deal goes down as agreed upon the phone and via email. We purchased two new vehicles in one transaction that required a 300 mile drive and staying overnight. Good buying experience. I'm happy with my buying experience with the Vandergriff Hyundai sales department. I purchased a 2018 vehicle there in August 2017. There were a few glitches in getting financing to suit my expectations and my salesman helped rectify the situation.
My Wife 1st New Car Olivia Alaniz, really worked to get the car we wanted for the price we could work with. My wife's 1st new car, thank you! This has blessed my wife. Olivia even helped my wife pair her phone to her new car and showed her how to use it. Now my wife can be more safe when taking future calls.

Decent experience just like any other dealer Things feel pressured and rushed. But that happens at all dealerships. To them we're sales and number, not humans about to make life changing decisions. Other wise great experience. Also if someone tells your dealers they are just looking and to stop wasting your time trying to make a sale. Stop wasting your time. I almost decided to not buy a Hyundai because of that. My sales person was thorough and great.
Internet Purchase Contacted internet sales person Kirby Collins. Very straight forward no nonsense purchase, agreed to pricing prior to going to dealership, everything was exactly as presented, when I arrived to pick up car. Totally enjoyable purchase without all the stress of traditional car buying. Entire transaction took less than an hour. Will definitely buy from dealership in the future.
