A few times during the buying process I returned calls from the manager and general manager of the dealership and never received return phone calls. However, Fernando has been more that receptive to my questions and answers them promptly.

Mychael Everything was fine. Has some issues with paper work that we had to go resign everything but it lowered my payment by 2 dollars a month an they tipped of the gas tanks since it a 30 mile drive for us one way. Overall they help us out get a new car with super bad credit
