The staff at the dealership is always, friendly, informative and professional. My vehicle had a seat belt recall and I was grateful for the loaner vehicle so that I could take care of other errands as my vehicle was worked on.
Experience went very well at the Vandergriff Hyundai service center on I20 Arlington Texas. The young man that greeted me as I pulled into the garage was very pleasant and he informed Mr. Fabian Garcia that I was there with an appointment...Mr. Garcia took care of getting my truck serviced...ask if I was waiting or had a ride...notified me of how long service would take...sent a text when I could pick up my Santa Cruz..even washed it...Thank you!
I had a very positive experience at the dealership. The oil change and car cleaning services were completed efficiently and to a high standard. The staff were friendly and provided helpful guidance on future maintenance
