I had a very pleasant experience during the serving of my vehicle. My Advisor was very courteous, attentive and kept me informed throughout the process. This was my very first visit and I was very satisfied with the service I received from the entire staff. I will say that a percentage base fee is charged for using a credit cards that I was not fond of. Other than that, my overall experience was great.
I had my first car Sevices appointment and I just wanted to say thank you Mr D. Bell for and outstanding job and taking your time to make sure everything was in tact! Great cuts service!
I did not purchase my vehicle here so I cannot speak to that, but based on the service I have received during car maintenance, it will be my first stop to shop. I received top notch service when my car maintenance was covered by Hyundai and continued going after it was no longer covered because of the excellent customer service. I recommend this dealership.
