My appt time was honored. I was out within the timeframe they promised. The waiting room and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. It was a relaxing time waiting for the car to be done. And the associate who helped me was so kind and considerate It made me want to come back and get service there again

First visit 1 star waited 10 minutes past 7 to open. Some others no to mention. This time 5 star glad I tried 1 more time. Car wash and vacuum adviser Mercedes was so professional. I ran 5 used car lots in Houston this is how I wanted my customers treated. Hope it stays the same it will sell cars for company and kept customers. Everything was fine when I arrived. It did take about 15 minutes for a Service manager to come talk to me. I did have an appointment. After that, everything went well.
