Buyer Beware! This dealership uses bait & switch tactics in their online sales...the low prices you see online do NOT include “reconditioning” costs and “optional” fees that are apparently not really optional! We tried to buy a 2018 Elantra GT listed online at $14,200...nice car & good price. Salesmen were nice (Joe & Christopher), but when it came time to talk price, things went awry quickly. Don’t believe their website Do not believe their claims of transparent pricing. There are almost $3000 worth of add-ons that aren’t shown. The price they claim you can get the vehicle for is not honored. They won’t offer you anywhere close to what your trade is worth. The only thing that is transparent is that this place is exactly what you think of when you think of shady car dealers. “Transparent pricing” to me means what you see is what you get. Not here.

Horrible experience Horrible customer service. I went along with a friend to buy a car for him. Bought the car and after we were back with the car on the weekend. He couldn't call his agent and get the insurance as it was weekend and the agent was out on Monday as well. He didn't drive the car at all through this period. Next day, one of their representatives started threatening my friend with statements such as " we will report the car stolen if you don't send insurance by 1:30 pm" and was extremely rude throughout the conv... read more

Service advisor that was confusing I was very frustrated with my service advisor he was telling me that the mechanic stated that my car battery was not a Hyundai battery and that the cable was not fitting the battery prongs correctly. This made no sense to me since I had the battery replaced in December and my car has been working fine until a month ago.

Buyers Beware BUYERS BEWARE!!! My wife and I spent 4 days trying to work this dealership. I inquired about a Red 2019 Santa Fe SEL and Lily a sales rep said they have one available on their lot. Drove 2 hours on a Saturday to the dealership only to find out it’s wasn't ready yet because it was missing a gas cover. Lily said if we do the paper work now they can order the part and have it installed in two days. This is where things starting going in a downward spiral. STAFF I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS GOING GOOD TILL I GET TO THE CLOSING DEPARTMENT HAD FERNANDO HELP ME WITH THE PAPERWORK AND HE STARTS TRYING TO SELL ME HIS WARRANTY AND GAP INSURANCE I DECLINE IT AND HE GETS MAD AND STARTS TYPING LOUD AND THROWING HIS FOLDER AROUND TURNING RED IN THE FACE.... Car wash The car was dirty on the inside and the front window was dried with a dirty rag. The car was in the shop for oil change and state inspection that took two hours. I bought air filters for the cabin and engine however I installed them at home. The filters were inspected but then there is a charge to install new ones I was on new car floor inside a new car however no salesman asked me about buying it

The WORST Service team EVER! We have been trying to get a family member's car fixed for the last three weeks. The car was purchased there so it was returned there for repair. The first problem is that the person who claimed to the Service Manager-Chris-was not the manager at all. The actual Service Manager-Leland-never would come out of his office to talk to us even after we requested more than once to speak with him. False Advertising. Blatant Lies. This dealership advertises vehicles with features they do now have at prices they will not sell at. I wasted two whole days being lied to by these clowns. This is beyond bad customer service. This is fraud.
