Their customer service technicians are very good. Their wait times and wait area is similar to what I have experienced at other dealerships. I don't like their seating as it hurts my back and my legs and feet go numb so I'm standing a lot and walking around while I wait. For me, there is nothing that "stands out" compared to other places which is why I rate them a 4 star.
